Thinking through an ownership decision in Mexico?

A few times a year, I work privately with individuals and families who want a second set of eyes from someone who's already made the mistakes.

How this works

I'm retired. I keep the client list short, and I take this work because I enjoy it — watching someone do this right is half the fun. This isn't a consulting firm, there's no sales team, and if the timing doesn't line up, the book and the channel will get you most of the way there.

What I help with: pressure-testing your plan before you commit. Rent-first strategy. The buy-versus-build question. What your team is missing. The questions to take to your notario, accountant, and lawyer — and the ones you should have asked two steps ago.

What I don't do: legal, tax, immigration, or real estate advice. I'm not a lawyer, an accountant, or a realtor, and I don't represent buyers or sellers. My job is to help you ask the licensed professionals better questions.

Stay engaged but not emotional. That's the whole discipline — and it's easier with someone in your corner who's been there.
